A wandering Monarch butterfly will be grateful to discover this perfect home for it’s eggs, the Milkweed plant. This plant has been less available to Monarchs due to urbanization and less native prairies. Copyright 2019 Pamela Breitberg
Chicory, AKA Blue Cornflower is an assertive non-native plant that has also found a home among the boulders in Lincoln Park. Survival is a determined trait of nature; thankfully so due to often too much human interferences. Copyright 2019 Pamela Breitberg
