A majestic one…

Looking back to 2009 when I still lived nextdoor to part of Chicago’s Cook County Forest Preserve today. As a regular visitor I knew where the White Tail Deer could be found. I knew where the Does roamed and where, in the autumn the Bucks would gather. Autumn is mating time. This Buck was most attuned to my movement but did allow me to preserve some special images. The composition shows the beautiful colors of the autumn forest as well as the ability for Deer to camoflage amongst the trees and fallen debris. Copyright 2020 Pamela Breitberg
