The Prairie in the winter remains interesting as it shows it’s bones. Learning seedheads for the vast number of Prairie plants, before they blow away is important if one wants to understand the diversity in this scene. Grasses show their natural clumping together of roots. Wide open blue skies reflected on the snow compliment the golden stems and grasses. Copyright 2021 Pamela Breitberg
