The local farmer’s market was plentiful with fresh off-the-vine vegetables, jams, cheeses, mushrooms, eggs, meats, and all sorts of breads. But my eyes were most attracted to these Sunflowers. Once home I couldn’t resist painting them. The blue sky background was totally imagined as they stood silently in a vase by my easel. Enjoy.
