This quaint Swiss Chalet is actually on Duck Island, in St. james Park, in London. Really. Were there no quaint English cottages suitable for the 1841 birdkeeper of St. james Park. It’s design was purposeful; it was designed to contrast with the many nearby government buildings. Coyright 2020 Pamela Breitberg Detail of this inviting cottage. I wonder who and where the birdkeeper of 2020 resides now. Copyright 2020 Pamela Breitberg
