When plant parts resemble bird parts… Pamela Breitberg 4 years ago Feather-like is the desciption of Pinate Palms, palms with leaves arranged on a rachis indiviually to resemble very large feathers. Upon futher research this could be instead a Cycas Revoluta, a Cyad closer to a fern and not a palm at all. Either way the leaf groupings look feather-like. So this plant’s parts are described as resembling a bird’s parts. Any experts out there are invited to help me identify this plant found on one of my walks in South Florida.
