When I see a Red Admiral, especially in St. Louis, I am reminded of childhood afternoons. I could stand in our driveway, outstretch my arms, and one or two would casually, calmly, land on my arm. This happened routinely. Ah, the joys of childhood memories. Copyright 2023 Pamela Breitberg Winds had this flower’s petals play peek-a-boo with this Clematis bloom along a mailbox pole. This one appears quietly in her front yard. Copyright 2023 Pamela Breitberg Looked like an Allium version of a firecracker. Just beautiful. Yes, in the “bunny” garden!
