Yes, that’s a Chicago RAT flying a plane that carries a message to people from the animals: Save the Planet. Laura Junge is the artist of this new mural on the side of a building in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood. A fellow rat/mouse lover and former pet owner of a few I find it interesting that she says she always includes a rat in her artwork. I do know that they are too prolific and often times unsafe for city residents, but they are indeed animals and deserve some respect.
