I suppose I know that all plants produce flowers unless they’re a moss, fern or fungi. But walking past this Aloe Vera plant caused me to pause. I have had Aloe Vera as houseplants and on my patio outdoors; but I’d never seen it flower. I’ve had small plants in a pot and larger ones that seemed a small shrub, but I’d never seen them produce flowers. Here is a Yellow Flowered Aloe Vera clearly showing a handful of showy flower spikes. I literally looked around the plant to see where those flowers were coming from and indeed I learned that morning that Aloe Vera can produce flowers. Always learning.
