A Bee collects sweet pollen inside a lovely flower that’s in bloom on a Franklin Tree (Franklinia alatamaha). Named by botanist, John Bartram, who was a close friend of Benjamin Franklin. This native tree was originally named Gordonia pubescens for the Camillia’s hairy fruit. Oh my!
