Halloween Pennants (Celithemis eponina) rest on top of Sea Grass and wave like pennants, as their name suggests. These Dragonfly natives are dressed for Halloween yearlong. Coming in for more waving in the air, the Halloween Pennant returns to the same tall grass. This morning there were about half a dozen Dragonflies among the tops of these grasses.
