Peacocks, the male Peafowl, are usually seen strutting along the pathways and lawn on the ground. But they can fly. This one was observing visitors to Flamingo Gardens. It is an Asian Peafowl vs. an Indian version, evidented with the large eye spots on the end of its feathers. Read about these beautiful birds here.
