On one of my morning walk I saw this stunning spring garden combination. Higan Cherry tree in full bloom was accompanied by the flowering Scilla Siberica groundcover. It’s ability to multiply causes it to spread to cover an entire garden during it’s brief, early spring, flowering. The early morning sunlight cast shadows of the still bare trees and the fence, making for a complicated scene. Copyright 2025 Pamela Breitberg
