Chicago works all winter. Nine inches of snow on Saturday followed by another few inches yesterday. Streets are basically clear. Outside our building a plow is reopening the crossings after plows cleared the roads and pushed new snow onto sidewalk areas. Just routine winter labor here. It takes coordination and flexibility of task scheduling. And a person knows it’s ok to walk in the street with their cart while sidewalks are being cleared. Life goes on here.
