This Saltbush (Baccharis halmifolia) was at the end of its bloom cycle. The small shrub aka Cotton Seed Tree, was producing its fuzzy seedheads. It is an East Coast native and thrives near salt water and brackish waters. Copyright 2026 Pamela Breitberg
