“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, it is often said. The first time I saw a Muscovy Duck (Cairina moschata) in South Florida I truly believed it to be a genetic mistake. It is indeed quite recognizable by it’s unusual head adornments; and these natives are quite common sightings.
