Baby buds waiting to be born; or it seems when looking at these buds yet to open. These future yellow blooms belong to a Giant Leopard Plant (Ligularia tussilaginea ‘Gigantea‘. Thre are no Leopard spots, however, on this variety of Leopard Plant. The leathery evergreen leaves have given the plant the nickname of Tractor SeatPlant.
