The delicate, dangling flowers on this shurb reminded me more of teardrops than bursting stars. This shrub is some variety of Clerodendrum, possibly Clerodendrum quadriloculare. There are over 450 Clerodendrum; so I’m not certain of the exact variety. Winter Starburst is one of its common names.
