Small White Aster, Aster vimineus (Symphyotrichum lateriflorum) surrounded by Big Bluestem Grass in this restored prairie. It appeared that they were being held in place by the all encompassing mass. But their beauty can’t be contained and is a welcome sight when all else are shades of brown.
