Stay safe and warm Mid-Westerners…and Easterners as deep below zero high temperatures are expected tomorrow.

What a beautiful surprise! You’ve had a lot more snow than we’ve had in central Wisconsin. Our prairie asters bloomed far too late this season and quickly closed it’s sere blooms tightly as if foretelling the coming severity of the coming winter. Sweetie, it’s so cold outside.
Once in awhile we get more snow than you; it’s coming more from the southwest, so our turn to bunker down. Yes, the flowers I purposely leave up for the birds are fun to see in the snow.
Stay warm!!
