The Tern appear to be paying homage to the morning sun in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. Makes sense to me; we could all use some time of pausing to appreciate nature and life. Copyright 2020 Pamela Breitberg Composiiton loves the “rule of thirds”. Here the “thirds” are on a diagonal but still aid the composition’s impact. The thirds here are also creatively unbalanced; they are not exactly even thirds of the image. I was struck by the variety of texture in each third of the image. The sand’s texture and colors stand apart from the Terns which contrast to the textures and colors of the Atlantic Ocean. Copyright 2020 Pamela Breitberg
