Several days ago I shared images of this rock garden in a Ft. Lauderdale beachfront neighborhood. There was a lovely Impala Lily bushy plant with red and white colored blooms. Today’s post shows one pure red bloom on a smaller planting of the same species in the same rock garden. An alternate name for Impala Lily is Desert Rose (Adenium obsesum).Desert Rose seems the most appropriate name for this red variety of the species at home in its rock garden.
