Native in subtropical regions the Begonia, which I’ve always known as an annual, can easily grow large enough to be considered a small shrub. I hadn’t realized this until this morning when I researched this graceful bloom this morning. It was one of the multitude of beauties in the Bonnet House courtyard. Up north in the U.S. it is used as a summer annual or a houseplant; so it makes sense to me that I was unaware it could be a shrub in Florida’s climate. So you won’t say “Be gone” to any begonia.
Rarely say that to any flowers.🤗
