Spending a night in Louisville, Kentucky is always interesting; feels like going back in time often. We’re only there over night, so I don’t really have firsthand knowledge of life along the Bourbon Trail. Bourbon has been enjoyed by me since I’ve never learned to like the taste of beer and because my severe allergic reaction to sulfites keep me away from a glass of wine. So I just have to settle for such stuff as bourbon. Sip slow and carefully.
