In the far distance, actually only a couple miles away, is the Chicago Loop. Lincoln Park offers a respite for anyone seeking the calm of green space. Some parts of the park are social scenes, well attended; some parts are peacefully empty. Copyright 2025 Pamela BreitbergI have been unable to find the name of this new statue. Located near Diversy Harbor it lies adjacent to a parking lot. Lincoln Park is home to many statues of diverse design and materials and tributes. What do you see in it’s design? Copyright 2025 Pamela BreitbergThis was my first walk around the western edge of Lincoln Park’s North Pond. It was recently redredged and restored. Native plants line the pond’s edges to help wildlife and to keep erosion under control. Copyright 2025 Pamela BreitbergCopyright 2025 Pamela Breitberg

Yes! Wish I could find out it’s name and creator! Didn’t see any sign.
Apparently, the sculpture is “Star Light” by artist Ruth Aizuss Migdal.
