I did my first watercolor larger than 4″x6″; this is 8″x10″. A Little Blue Heron hunts in the shallow wetlands. The feel is much lighter and airier than the original photograph in honor of the light nature of watercolors. Very different feel for me. These are all lovely Pamela! I’d have to say my favorite is the 8 x 10. I think it’s because the larger size gave you room to make it more airy and light. As I said, though, they’re all really lovely.
