Reflecting the sky…

The blue skies of springtime, in the woodland, seem to be reflecting off the green groundcover. Here it’s actually patches of Wild Blue Phlox (Phlox divaricata). Copyright 2026 Pamela Breitberg
The flowers’ stems can reach twenty inches in height making the flowers less hard to miss seeing on a morning walk. Wild Blue Phlox are not a favorite of Deer, so is left along by these vegetarians. Copyright 2026 Pamela Breitberg
