Okay. Got the pdf revision from Panama, thanks Eduardo! Submitted the revised version to Lulu. Ordered a print copy; the online download looks fine. So maybe I’ll be ready to publish this book too. And, more importantly I’ll be able to give my parents a successfully published book that dad helped come to be!
