We first heard Ying Wei’s beautiful musical talents in the 1990s outside of Water Tower Place in Chicago. He and his then, very young granddaughter, giftedly played classical music for all to enjoy. See links below to learn of the WONDROUS future of his granddaughter, Yi Wei. Today he played his music, almost anonymously in Lincoln Park’s Zoo in Chicago. When I asked him if he used to play with his granddaughter on Michigan Avenue he continued playing but grinned widely and nodded “yes”. God bless him and his famly.
