If the last post left a bad taste in your brain, here are a couple images of some pretty, mentally palatable inhabitants of the sandy beaches. The Railroad-vine, a form of Morning Glory (Ipomoca pes-caprae) brings to mind a beautiful kind of Petunia. The deep violet seemed to be glow in the pre-dusk light on Sanibel beach.
