Peaking through; observation differences…

This is my latest acrylic piece, 11″x14″. The trees are Sea Grapes; a plant that can grow as a small shrub or a huge tree. The sandy pathway leads to the beach. I liked the sun and shade in the scene. I have to share that my husband and I laughed after I painted this piece. He told me I left out the ocean. I showed him my photograph that shows no ocean in the horizon. He showed me his similar photograph. We laughed because he is about eight inches taller than me so he IS able to see the ocean from this sight. Just proves that each person can look at the same thing and see it differently from others. Keep an open mind folks! Others might not be wrong. Copyright 2024 Pamela Breitberg
