Wild, not crabby…

One more look this spring at the often seen, Crab Apple (Malus sylvestris). A simple flower that’s so beautiful and welcome each spring. I prefer it’s other common names of Wild Apple or Forest Apple. This European native deserves more respect. The tartness of these Apples just mean one should leave them to the wildlife!
