The longer I live the more I realize how ingrained nature is in myself. I would be empty if not for my enjoyment and amazement of life around me. I notice this when I chose to update my Facebook page. Most often it’s a comment on what’s going on in my yard, the forest across the street from our home, or the garden at school. Or I can’t wait to share the latest musings from my classroom’s mini-zoo. I feel I am meant to be a science teacher because it’s a way for me to share my passions for life and curiosities with others; to help instill a passion in them and an appreciation for life around them.

Soooo…..this space is to record some of these observations that for whatever reason excite me!
