I know this common weedy vine as Climbing Nightshade (Solanum dulcamara). It grew profusely in the far corners of our garden when I was young. When I began photographing nature my father, a doctor, warned me it was poisonous! It has many other names: bittersweet, blue bindweed, fellenwort. More telling names are poisonberry, poisonflower, and snakeberry. Interesting fact is that the European Thrush birds are insensitive to the poison and regularly include dine on the berries.
