One more time…

If you’re read my blog for awhile you’ll know that Hydrangea’s are one of my favorite flowers. Their design never ceases to awe me. So many simple flowers when clustered naturally together become extreme gorgeousness. Nature’s design abilities always overpower any creativity I attempt. This Hydrangea has purple a purple cluster which I rarely see around Chicago. The color of the flowers depends on the acidity of the soil. Copyright 2021 Pamela Breitberg
Hydrangeas seem to be a staple in the front gardens of apartments in the East Lakeview community of Chicago. Their continual appearance does slow my walking pace as each garden is more beautiful than the next.. Copyright 2021 Pamela Breitberg
Hydrangeas come in many different cluster shapes from round to eliptical. Each stage of bloom is interesting in itself. Copyright 2021 Pamela Breitberg
The white flowering Hydrangea often has shades of pink and green during its bloom cycle in addition to white. Copyright 2021 Pamela Breitberg
